Marians Art

Here is where I will showcase my art. I hve always been intersting in art since I was a little girl and at one point wanted to become an a artist. But I always ended up comapring my art skills with others which in turn put me of in pursuing it any futher. Well a good many years later I decide to start with my art and decided to go to a 3hr adult painting for plesure course.
I still have bouts of oh no they are better than me, but all that means I just have to work harder and practice more. I have not yet practiced what I have preached but I am slowly getting there.
My first two paints I did in a day as I wanted to take them to a local street fair.

This is called four falls. This painting is painted on canvas using acrylic paints. I didnt sell this but later my dad bought it off me to give a present to a friend. This painted is painted from my imagination with inspirations from diffrent sources.

The next painting is Rocks at sunseta. Again painted form my imagination. Also painted onto canvas using acrylic paints.
Pinting these two painting after 20 or so years hs really got me going. I still do not do as much as I would like but it is great start. After these two paintings I painted these also on canvas using acrylic paints.

I really enjoyed painting these and have recieved some fantastic comments on them which has encouraged me to do more. I also sell my cards , jewellery and crochet on there as well as my own Nithria site.

A short while go I was introuduced to ACEO.  Artist, Cards, Editions, Originals. These are works of art in any medium but must measure 2.5 x 3.5 inches. Here is a few that I have done. You can also buy these at my Marians Art Folksy shop
